How to use

Use Conversation Starters for an optional warm-up; these questions do not need to produce a work agreement. For a handover, meeting or collaboration exercise, choose Team Building in Category and use an invented project rather than evaluating real colleagues. Allow quiet thinking time and a pass. For that exercise, suggest one reversible agreement, invite a volunteer owner and choose when to review it. This is not an employee assessment or personality test. Generate 1–20 questions, use the two talking points and copy the current batch. Previous batch restores earlier results and choices during this visit.

Try one team agreement

Conversation Starters is an optional warm-up and needs no work agreement. To practice collaboration, choose Team Building in Category and use an invented project for a handover or shared-space question. Each person may pass. Suggest one reversible agreement and a volunteer owner, then decide how to review the process without rating personalities.

Frequently asked questions

How should I use these questions?

Use Conversation Starters for an optional warm-up; these questions do not need to produce a work agreement. For a handover, meeting or collaboration exercise, choose Team Building in Category and use an invented project rather than evaluating real colleagues. Allow quiet thinking time and a pass. For that exercise, suggest one reversible agreement, invite a volunteer owner and choose when to review it. This is not an employee assessment or personality test.

How many questions are included?

This collection contains 50 distinct edited questions, each with two talking points. The full fixed list is readable without JavaScript; the live tool samples the same collection.

When can topics repeat?

A filter selection is used without repeats until its pool is exhausted. A batch stops at the remaining unseen questions rather than repeating within the batch. Generate again to start a new cycle. Changing filters starts a new selection. Reloading clears the session.

Can I return to an earlier batch?

Previous batch restores up to 20 earlier batches and their filters during this visit. It does not rewind the unseen-topic history. Nothing is saved to your account or browser storage.

What is copied?

Copy with talking points includes each question and its two follow-ups. Copy topics only omits the follow-ups. If copying is blocked, a selected text box lets you copy manually.

Do I need to share personal experience?

No. Answer as a fictional person, discuss an invented situation or pass. These are open questions, not researched answers, age ratings or professional advice. Preview the selection for your group.
