How to use

- Rearrange all the letters into one word. The category is your clue.
- Type your answer and press Check answer or Enter. Retry as often as you like, or use Reveal answer.
- Press Next puzzle to clear your answer and get a new word.
Try a practice puzzle
“P P L A E” can become “apple.” Both P tiles are needed. For “T O S N E,” both “stone” and “tones” are English words; this exercise checks only its chosen target. Try the category clue, or reveal the target when you are ready.
What happens if I enter another anagram?
If you use the same letters in a different order from the target, the tool explains that it is another arrangement and invites you to try again. It does not check a complete dictionary or decide whether your alternative is a real word. Capitalization and spaces before or after your answer do not matter.
Will words repeat?
With the same category and length, targets do not repeat until all matching words have been used. The tool announces when a new set begins and avoids the previous target if there is more than one. Changing either filter or reloading starts fresh. Small selections will repeat sooner.
Can the letters stay in the original order?
No. Each puzzle preserves all the letters, including repeated ones, and changes their order. Words made of only one repeated letter cannot form a puzzle and are excluded.
How is this different from Hangman?
A scramble shows every letter and asks you to rebuild the spelling. Hangman Word Generator gives a hidden word for guessing one letter at a time. Random Word Generator gives the plain word list for writing or games.

Yes, with no account. The puzzle runs on your device. Your answers and puzzle history are not saved, uploaded or included in optional analytics. This is single-puzzle practice, with no worksheet export or multiplayer mode.
